Prosecutors at the international criminal court of justice has dropped its charges on crimes against humanity on the 5th of December  against Kenyan president Uhuru Kenyatta.
The unwillingness of the Kenyan government to provide evidence vital to case has being stated by the prosecutors as the main reason for dropping the charges, as its inaccessibility makes it impossible for them to prove that Mr Kenyatta was responsible for the alleged Criminal offence . He was indicted in connection to post election violence in 2007-2008 in which over a thousand life's where lost.
However Mr Uhuru Kenyatta who had denied having any connection with the violence and deaths said he felt "excited and relieved" that the charges have being dropped.
